All fees listed are <strong>per person and inclusive of VAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f9fe; Stage 1 \u2013 Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fee:<\/strong> \u00a390 per person<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> Due at the time of booking and must be paid in advance before your MIAM appointment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#x1f91d; Stage 2 \u2013 Mediation Sessions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fee:<\/strong> \u00a3180 per person, per session<\/li>\n<li><strong>Covers:<\/strong> All issues including child arrangements, property, and financial matters<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> Payable at the start of each session or in advance via bank transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#x1f501; Stage 3 \u2013 Additional Mediation Sessions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fee:<\/strong> \u00a3180 per person, per session<\/li>\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong> Same rate applies as Stage 2 for any additional sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#x1f468;&#x200d;&#x1f467; Stage 4 \u2013 Mediation Session Involving Children<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fee:<\/strong> \u00a3120 per session<\/li>\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong> This applies specifically to sessions where children are directly involved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#x1f4c4; Stage 5 \u2013 Agreement and Documentation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fee:<\/strong> \u00a3120 per person<\/li>\n<li><strong>Includes:<\/strong> Preparation of your final agreement and\/or mediation documents<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> We will contact you to arrange payment prior to document preparation (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f; Important Notes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not all clients will proceed through every stage.
