Workplace
Those disputes that occur between employees, managers and within teams.

Family
Those disputes that occur within families, for example inheritance disputes; child custody arrangements; and spouses or partners who are ending or changing their relationship commitment.

Education
Those disputes that occur between parents and schools or between parents and educational authorities over Special Educational Need (SEN) statements or provision.

Neighbour or Tenant
Those disputes that involve people living near each other or disputes between landlords and tenants.

Customer or Client Complaints
Those disputes that occur between company staff and customers or between agency staff (for example Health and Social Care) and clients.

Commercial
Contractual disputes between clients and vendors or between partners.

Civil
Small claims disputes where damage claims are less than £5,000.

Service Level Agreements
Some organisations enter into Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Community Accord in order to satisfy their legislated mediation service requirement. Other private and public sector organisations make SLAs with Community Accord in order to minimise the cost and effort of dispute resolution.
